New Day Decon Remediation Process


As soon as we arrive on scene our team will complete a thorough initial walk-through of the scene to determine the scope and length of the project. We respond to any request quickly and courteously. We treat every situation with respect.

New Day Decon follows all OSHA-mandated procedures and recommendations.

Control and Setup

Our team follows strict safety protocols. After assessment will will divide the affected areas into zones to control the affected area(s) and securing all clean areas.  Our technicians wear all required protective clothing including (footwear, gloves, masks, etc).

We use OSHA’s recommended cross-contamination protocol.


Initially, we remove all visible traced on hazardous materials (blood, biological materials, mold, etc) from the affected area(s). This is the most dangerous step of the remediation process. We are respectful of your property and will make recommendations of what can be salvaged and what must be disposed of.

Clean, Disinfect, Deodorize

After removal of the visible contamination our technicians will clean, disinfect, and deodorize affected surfaces using EPA-rated disinfectants. This provides comfort that all possible contaminate are removed and the areas are completely clean, odor free, and ready for normal use.


Our last step: Once the affected areas are cleaned, disinfected and properly deodorized our team will verify there are no more contaminates.  To do this we use adenosine triphosphate (ATP) testing technology. After verification we guarantee hospital-level standards of disinfection.
